Scans & Testing for Concrete Structures

Half-Cell Potential & Corrosion Rate Mapping

• Identify the high risk zones with high potential to corrosion within concrete structures

• Half-cell potential testing using cutting edge technology in accordance with AS5100.8 and AS2832.5

• A semi-invasive testing technique (involve minor breakouts in around 3 locations per testing area)

Covermeter

• Identify the location of the bars (top layer only) and the concrete cover in mm

• Using a calibrated device in accordance with AS5100.8 

• A non-invasive testing technique

Impact Echo

• Using concrete thickness guage to detect variance in thickness, voiding or delamination via "Impact Echo"

• A non-invasive testing technique 

Rebound Hammer

• Using a calibrated rebound hammer (Schmidt) to measure the concrete capacity in MPA

• A non-invasive testing technique
